Speaker: Cap Wallrich
“Letters from Dad”
Cap will share family letters that date from 1918 -1919 written between his great grandfather, MJ Wallrich, and his grandfather, Cap Wallrich, while Cap was at Marquette and later at Great Lakes Naval Academy. They mention some historical things, like when his grandfather’s brother William was killed in WWI in France and some talk about the 1918 influenza pandemic. Plus, there will be a few fun family items to show off.
