Advance School in the Town of Green Valley

Mrs. Raaths, the teacher tells us, there were 12 students in the class. She recalls, in 1946 there was an acute shortage of teachers. I was called back into the teaching field. The Advance School was a two room, state graded school with between 60 and 80 students. In 1946 there were only 12 pupils in the whole school.
