We’re wishing all our members and followers a happy new year with this special new year post card from Mary Podzilni, a historical society member.
Mary’s grandmother, Flora C. McDaneld, collected post cards of all kinds during her short life and Mary donated these to the historical society. The cards date from approximately 1900 to 1911.
Flora C. McDaneld was born in 1877 and died in Arizona of tuberculosis in 1914. A photograph of Flora McDaneld is included.
